With backgrounds in software engineering and customer support, we’ve seen our share of inefficient software and less-than-helpful support teams. When we started TimeOff, we knew we wanted to do things differently.
Every feature in our platform has been shaped by countless conversations with real customers just like you—customers from all over the world, across industries, facing the same recurring challenges: lost paperwork, tangled spreadsheets, and confused employees.
We’re hands-on every single day, writing code, debating where a button should go, and working closely with customers to solve tricky workflows. Born out of a collaboration with one of our customers, this feature addresses a real-world problem—how to quickly and independently book overtime on weekends or bank holidays.
With this leave type, employees can easily manage overtime requests without relying on endless back-and-forth emails between HR and team members.
It’s a practical solution designed to make overtime management seamless and efficient.
