No. Subscription can be cancelled at any time and company data downloaded as CSV file.

We offer a 30-day free trial. Once the trial concludes, you can continue using TimeOff.Management and receive your first bill at the end of the month following the trial period. Alternatively, you may choose to delete your account at the end of the free trial, and all information will be irrevocably deleted.

We provide a self-service portal with information on how to set up and use the system. Additionally, we offer options to chat with customer support via email or Google Meet.

Our pricing structure is straightforward. We don't have tiers or charge for extra features, and there are no hidden fees. You always pay only for what you use.

PayPal invoices cleared by customer with payment cards. We don't take your payment card details. You can pay in USD, EUR or GBP. Invoices are issued monthly or annually. Please note that we are not able to process monthly payments less than 5 USD. If you would like to pay by bank transfer please speak with our customer service.

Annual invoice is based on number of employees that are on the system at the time when invoice is issued.

If the number of employees changes by more than 1/3 from the initial count at the time when annual invoice was issued the bill will be reviewed accordingly.

All data is stored in the UK, on DigitalOcean platform. Please refer to the DigitalOcean GDPR FAQs for further information.We will never sell your data.We utilize advanced encryption technologies to encrypt all data passing through our TimeOff.Management services during transmission. We use HTTPS to encrypt all data transmitted between you and our services. We also enforce HSTS to ensure that your initial request to our site is also secure. Data can be deleted within the application or the entire account can be deleted.
