Will I need to sign a long term contract ?
No. You can cancel subscription at any time and download all your data to MS Excel.
What should I do when my trial ends?
Absolutely nothing. Just continue using TimeOff.Management and you will receive your first bill at the end of the month following trial period.
What are the payment options?
You can choose to pay monthly or annually. For annual payments 30% discount is applied. You can switch from monthly to annual subscription at any time. Please note that we are not able to process monthly payments less than 5 USD. In this case we encourage our customers to pay annually. Please get in touch to discuss payment options further.
How long FREE trial lasts and can I use the whole system?
Our FREE trial is one month and for the whole period you can use TimeOff.Management without restrictions. This gives you possibility to explore all the features and see if it works for you.

How can I pay?
PayPal invoices cleared by customer with payment cards. We don't take your payment card details. You can pay in USD, EUR or GBP.
If I have an annual subscription and the number of employees changes throughout the year?
If the number of employees changes by more than 1/3 from the initial count at the time when annual invoice was issued the bill will be reviewed accordingly.
Can I pay by card using PayPal?
Yes you can. Please follow the link for detailed instructions.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that things change. You can cancel your plan at any time and we’ll refund you the difference already paid in case of annual subscription.
Can I delete my data?
Data can be deleted within the application or the entire account can be deleted. Once it done the data can not be reinstated.
