If the referred company pays monthly you will get ¢25 USD per employee each month.
If paid annually: get ¢10 USD per employee each month.

For example, you introduce our product to a company with 100 employee. They use a link provided to register and start paying the monthly bills. So far so good. But it will get even better when after a month from their fist bill you receive a 25 USD on your PayPal account. This will be paid for 12 months and equate to 300 USD per year. Instalments will be paid automatically.
If the referred company decides to pay yearly you total commission will constitute 100 USD total and it will be paid in 12 equal instalments.
