Company-Wide Carry Over Policies: Easily set up rules for carrying over unused days, like transferring up to three days into the next year.
Employee-Level Adjustments: Handle carry overs on a case-by-case basis by overriding global policies for specific employees directly in the Carry Over section.
Real-Time Visibility: Once carry over is completed, you’ll see:Updates on the Carry Over page, detailing days transferred and remaining balances. Adjustments logged in the current year for transparency. A clear “Carried Over” line in the next year’s allowance breakdown.
