Unused allowance reminder

Unused allowance reminders have been replaced by the Leave usage alert report.

The Underbooked and Critical tags that used to appear beside an employee’s name on the Employees page are no longer part of TimeOff.Management, and neither is the reminder you sent from Employee Details → Allowance.

What to use instead

The Leave usage alert report does the same job for the whole company at once. It spots employees who may need encouragement to plan and take their leave: it ranks them by how far their booked leave is behind expected, marks each one as On track, Underbooked or Critical, and separately flags anyone who has gone a long stretch without a break.

You can narrow it by department, location or name, and send a reminder to one employee or to everyone currently shown — with a preview of the exact email before anything goes out.

Open the Main menu → Reports → Leave usage alert, or use the Usage alert card on the Dashboard.
