📊 New: Dashboard
Administrators now land on a Dashboard after signing in — one screen answering the questions you would otherwise piece together from several reports and the calendar.
Summary cards across the top give you headcount, who is off today, what falls in the week besides ordinary leave, and how many leave requests are waiting for approval. Underneath, a team coverage heat map shows what share of each department is present on each working day this week, so a department that has gone thin is easy to spot before the week starts. Beside it, Coming up lists who is off, who is returning and whose work anniversary falls in the week, and switches between this week and next.
Along the bottom, People off breaks down who is off on any day you choose by leave type, with a stepper to walk backwards and forwards a day at a time. Two charts show leave patterns — one giving the shape of a whole leave year by month, the other tracking the leave types you choose over time. The Usage alert card links through to the Leave usage alert report.
Selecting anybody on the screen opens their employee details without leaving the Dashboard. The figures are current every time you open it, and each card is steered on its own.
The Dashboard is the first item in the Main menu, and is built for a desktop-sized screen.
