How to backup employees' leave data

We recommend backing up employees’ data once every six months and definitely before deleting your TimeOff.Management company account. Deleting a company account is irreversible, and data cannot be retrieved later.
To back up employees’ leave data, go to General Settings → Company Backup.
The downloaded file will contain all relevant information for your account. Below is an example of what it looks like.
