Whether you want to open data sharing to the entire team or restrict Team View access to just managers and/or admins, our latest update has you covered. Customize who sees what to ensure privacy and efficiency, aligning with your company’s setup.

Our update brings greater flexibility to managing oversight within your team. Now, you can assign supervisors not only to entire departments but also to individual employees, overriding departmental settings when needed. This feature allows for more personalized management and ensures that supervision is aligned with the unique dynamics of your workforce.

Flexi Schedule simplifies how you manage employee schedules and leave calculations. Set up each employee’s schedule against the standard company day, and our system will automatically handle all allowance calculations. For example, if an employee works only 4 hours in a day out of nominal 8 hours and takes a 2-hour leave, the system intuitively deducts just a quarter of a day from their leave allowance.

The policy aims for Personal Assistants and administrative staff, offering oversight and coordination in absence management.This tool provides select employees with access to a Team View and individual employee calendars across all departments, enabling them to monitor leave schedules efficiently.

We’ve expanded the flexibility of our leave request options. Employees can now choose from three convenient ways to book time off: multiple days, single day, or just part of the day. This update makes it easier and more flexible for everyone to manage and request the time off they need.

Our system adds a layer of accountability and clarity to allowance adjustments. Each adjustment is displayed as a separate line item, complete with date and comments, allowing for easy tracking of any modifications. This feature ensures transparency and simplifies the management of leave allowances.

Our new Carry Over page streamlines the end-of-year leave process, making it simple and flexible. You can establish a company-wide policy to automatically carry over a set number of days if available. Additionally, we offer the option for manual adjustments to cater to the unique circumstances of individual employees. This feature ensures that managing year-end leave is both effortless and precise.

To accommodate unique circumstances, we’ve added the feature of individual nominal allowances. Now, if an employee’s leave allowance differs from the standard department-wide policy, it can be easily adjusted in the Employee Details Allowance section. This enhancement ensures flexibility and precise management of leave policies to meet diverse needs.
