We’ve added a new capability to TimeOff.Management to help you manage leave more effectively. With Customizable Leave Limits, you can now adjust leave policies to better suit the unique needs of your team.
This feature allows for personalized sick leave and work-from-home allowances, tailored to each employee’s tenure or role. It simplifies setting up and adapting leave rules, ensuring that your policies are fair and specific to each team member’s circumstances. This update is all about giving you the flexibility to support your team in the most appropriate way.

Managing overtime during weekends or bank holidays just got easier. With our new enhancement, you can create a leave type—like “Overtime” - and configure it to automatically adjust allowances. Simply set it up in the Settings to “Gain Allowance”. Now, when an employee books a Saturday as a working day and it’s approved, their allowance is automatically updated to include that extra day. This streamlines how you handle special workdays, making it straightforward for both management and staff.

Flexi Schedule simplifies how you manage employee schedules and leave calculations. Set up each employee’s schedule against the standard company day, and our system will automatically handle all allowance calculations. For example, if an employee works only 4 hours in a day out of nominal 8 hours and takes a 2-hour leave, the system intuitively deducts just a quarter of a day from their leave allowance.
