My Calendar now includes a year selector, so you can clearly switch between company years. This lets you see allowance, bookings, and remaining balance for each year separately. It is especially useful near the end of the year, when employees start planning leave for the new year and need a clear view of what they have left in both years.

🚫 New: Disable Half-Day Bookings

A new control allows you to disable half-day bookings while still permitting full-day and hourly requests. This gives you more flexibility to match company policies and working patterns. Ideal for organisations that do not support half-day leave but still need precise control over time off.

When a public holiday overlaps with a weekend, the public holiday colour now takes precedence in Team View and Calendar. This gives everyone a clear and accurate picture of non-working days at a glance. No confusion, no missed holidays — just better visibility for planning and scheduling.

⚡ New: Quick Booking from Team View

Booking time off is now even easier. Simply click on any date in Team View and the booking form will pop out instantly. This makes leave booking faster, simpler, and more convenient for everyone.

📱 New: Mobile-Friendly Team View

Team View is now fully mobile friendly. You can see who is off at a glance directly from your phone. This update makes all non-admin screens easy to use on mobile. Check your team’s availability, submit requests, cancel bookings, or approve leave wherever you are. Perfect for managers and employees on the move.

🧑‍💼 New: Assign Accrued Allowance Policy from Employee Card

Admins can now select an accrued allowance schedule directly from the employee card. No need to navigate through multiple settings pages. Simply open the employee profile and assign the correct accrual policy in seconds. This makes onboarding faster, reduces errors, and ensures each employee receives the right PTO accrual based on their contract or role.

📈 New: Vector-Based Accrued Allowance (PTO Accrual)

Easily set up how paid time off builds over the year. Choose a simple option to spread allowance evenly across the calendar year, or create a custom monthly release schedule with exact dates and number of days added each month. You can create as many accrual policies as you need and assign employees to the right one. Perfect for businesses with different contracts, seniority levels, or departments.

👥 New: Employee Management Roles

You can now assign specific employee management permissions without giving full admin rights. Let HR teams view leave data or allow local managers to manage staff in their department or location. Roles include view, add, edit, and delete access for selected employee groups. Keep control centralised while delegating day-to-day management.

We’ve added a wider and more contrasting color palette when creating leave types. This makes it easier to tell leave types apart in Team View—helping your calendar stay clean, clear, and easy to scan at a glance.
