🎨 More Colour Options for Leave Types

We’ve added a wider and more contrasting color palette when creating leave types. This makes it easier to tell leave types apart in Team View—helping your calendar stay clean, clear, and easy to scan at a glance.

Sort employees on Team View by the date of their next absence, with the soonest first.

🚫 New Feature Alert: Restrictions on Booking Leave 🚫

With this feature, you can define groups of employees who shouldn’t be off at the same time. For example, if you need at least one person from sales or support always available, you can prevent the whole team from booking the same days off.

As requested by customers, a small improvement has been made: the employee Start of Employment date is now included in the employee profile.

Admins can choose how each employee signs in: either via Email/Password or through Google/Microsoft SSO.

Please note that if one option is selected, the other will not be available.

Default option is Login with Email/Password.

Minor Team View improvement. Today is highlighted more prominently for easy reference.

Company and employee schedules can now be set in 15-minute increments instead of 30. This allows for more precise planning—create workdays like 7 hours and 45 minutes, or any other custom duration.

Feature that lets you assign a policy to employees so their leave allowance increases automatically over time. The system uses each employee’s start date to apply the right adjustment - no manual work needed.

Each band in the policy adds days to the base (nominal) allowance, not the previous tier. So make sure your bands are set up to add the correct number of days to the base allowance to reflect the total time-off entitlement for each employee.
