The General Settings section is divided into key areas for easy navigation.
- General company details
Add company name, country, and time zone. Choose a date format that suits your company; all leave data will use this format.
- Partial Leave settings
Toggle whether employees can book partial leave and choose how durations are displayed.
- Days only: e.g., 2.5 days
- Days and hours: e.g., 2 days and 4 hours (with an 8‑hour nominal day)
Coming soon: Hours format to represent all leave purely in hours.
- Leave Data Privacy settings
Customize Team View visibility:
- Default (no toggles): Employees see leave data for their department and the reason (e.g., sick, WFH)
- Share with all: Leave data is visible to everyone
- Admins and Supervisors only: Only admins and supervisors see Team View
- Admin only: Only admins see Team View
- Company Backup Data
Periodically back up employee data, especially before deactivating or removing employees. The backup generates a CSV with all relevant information.
- Delete Company Account
Deleting the company account is irreversible. Back up employee data first; all data will be permanently removed to comply with GDPR. Deleted accounts cannot be reinstated.
